Participants are requested to make complete payment 30 days before the scheduled travel dates or as per the dates mentioned to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation of your travel due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s you must notify us regarding the same in writing (only via email).
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges will be as follows:
· Booking amount & Tickets: (Non-Refundable)
· 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost / remaining trip fee
· 45 days prior to arrival: 70% of the Tour / service cost / remaining t rip fee
· 30 days prior to arrival: No Refund
· And after full payment your trip fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances
Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).
SAFETY:
Please be aware that during your participation in vacations operated by YOURPARTYPASSPORT, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. YOURPARTYPASSPORT will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While YOURPARTYPASSPORT will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold YOURPARTYPASSPORT harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. YOURPARTYPASSPORT is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment of your deposit indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold YOURPARTYPASSPORT harmless for the same.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
IF YOU DO NOT WISH YOUR PICTURES OR VIDEOS TO BE SHARED ON SOCIAL MEDIA YOU NEED TO INFORM US PRIOR AS WE SHARE LIVE VIDEOS OR PICTURES FROM OUR TRIPS ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES.
INSURANCE:
We recommend that you purchase adequate insurance for the duration of your tour. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements.
GROUP TOUR MODEL:
All the group tours that we organize are booked with rooms on sharing basis unless bought at extra charges. If you’re booking a custom tour, then the group prices will not apply.
COVID POLICIES:
If any country has some rules regarding quarantine of covid positive patients, then they also apply to you as a traveler. You need to read the laws before you are travelling to any other country & because you’re travelling during a pandemic you need to understand that the situation is very dynamic so a new rule from the local authorities can apply at any moment. In such cases you cannot hold us responsible for any additional expenses or damages. We request you to please ask for clarity before travelling anywhere.
